About this mod. adds the beretta 92fs "samurai edge" from the resident evil series to the commonwealth.. I think the easiest way would be to spawn in an m9 and all the samurai edge parts for it and attach them. you wouldn't be able to attach it's legendary effect without a mod that lets you treat legendary effects as weapon mods though.. There is the m93r (samurai edge custom) and the one wesker uses in merc mode. the m93r can be unlocked by fully upgrading the m92f (the first pistol you get) but the samurai edge wesker uses in merc mode can not be unlocked for story mode..
